José Martín Cuevas Cobos, known professionally as Pedro Fernández, was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on September 28, 1969. A singer, actor, composer, and television host, Pedro began his international career at just seven years old with the film and album La de la Mochila Azul, a project that would cement him as a prodigy of Mexican music and cinema.
