Calibre 50 is an award winning group from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, recognized as one of the most influential acts in Regional Mexican music. They began with humble roots, performing at small events before breaking through with their album De Sinaloa Para el Mundo.

Their collaboration with Banda Carnaval on Gente Batallosa became the most played song of the year in Mexico and earned a Billboard Award for Song of the Year Vocal Collaboration. Hits like Ni Que Estuvieras Tan Buena and El Inmigrante topped the charts, with El Inmigrante holding the number one spot on Mexican radio for 10 weeks. Their album Desde el Rancho also dominated the Mexican Regional Albums chart, staying at number one for over a year.
